Trouble-free operation and rapid problem solving are continuously ensured by teams in the data centres.

If you use a dedicated server with included telephone support from us, you can reach us by support request or by telephone.
The direct dial-in number for technical support is displayed in the robot for the respective server under the point "Support".

Customers with managed servers can reach the chargeable on-call service via the konsoleH administration interface.

Our support team will be available again as usual from Friday 10 May.
