Due to the New Year's Day holiday on Monday, 1 January 2024, our support will not be available on this day.

Trouble-free operation and rapid problem resolution are continuously ensured by teams in the data centres.

If you use a dedicated server including telephone support from us, you can contact us via support request or by telephone. The direct extension number for technical support is displayed in the Robot for the respective server under "Support".

Customers with Managed Servers can reach the on-call service for a fee via the konsoleH administration interface.

Support will be available again as usual from Tuesday 2 January.
