Maintenance work on multiple systems, affecting the Cloud API and Hetzner Console

We will switch over multiple parts of Hetzner Clouds infrastructure to a new database cluster.
This move will happen in small steps and with precise monitoring and planning.

The maintenance does not affect or change already running customer systems and applied configurations.
