New Dedicated System for Network Abuse Cases

Going forward, network abuse cases will be handled in a dedicated system just for network abuse. This also allows you to view all log files generated in this abuse case and thus better identify the cause of the problem.

The migration to the new system is taking place gradually, currently cases will still be opened in the old system. Abuse cases currently opened via the old system (abuse@hetzner.com) must still be addressed until they are resolved.

The new system can be found under https://abuse-network.hetzner.com/statement.

When you get an abuse email in the future, this new URL will be used automatically.

In addition, abuse email notifications will now be sent from the following new email address: abuse-network@hetzner.com
