    Please contact us exclusively via ticket and submit your support request as an authenticated request through the Hetzner Console:

    Dedicated Servers and Colocation:
    - You can reach us via support request or by phone.
    - You can find the direct phone number for technical support in Robot for the respective server under “Support”:

    Managed Servers:
    - You can reach our paid on-call service via the konsoleH administration interface: https://konsoleh.hetzner.com

    In addition, uninterrupted operations and swift issue resolution will continue to be ensured by teams in our data centers at all times.

    From Wednesday, 7 January, our support will be fully available again.
