    Currently, it is not possible to create tickets for Cloud Servers with an ID above 100 million. All other ticket categories are unaffected. Until this issue is resolved, please select the "Technical > Other issue" category and only choose a project. In order to still be able to associate the affected server, please provide its name and/or ID in the description.

    The problem is fixed and creating tickets in all categories is now possible again.
