Maintenance of Cloud Firewalls

We are performing planned maintenance on the Cloud Firewall product, which will involve migrating each Firewall to a new backend. This process will introduce minor behavioral changes to the Firewall API.

During the migration, making any changes to a firewall (e.g., updating the name, adding resources, or changing rules) will be blocked for a few milliseconds to seconds. This will only happen once for each Firewall when it is moved to the new backend.

The migration will not affect the applied firewall rules.
