    We are currently investigating an elevated error rate during the activation of the Rescue system.

    Our engineers are actively working on the issue. Further updates will follow.

    Our analysis has shown that the rescue activation did not work between 16:00 and 16:30 (UTC). Since 16:30 (UTC) the rescue activation can be used again as usual.

    The incident is related to internal maintenance work. Therefore, unfortunately, there may again be temporary failures of the rescue activation on 5 July 2025 between 8:00 and 13:00 (UTC).
