Our teams in the data center, however, will be there to ensure things run smoothly there, and to answer any requests that require their help in the data center.

If you are using a dedicated server with telephone support from us, and you need technical support from someone directly in the data center, you can find the correct telephone number by logging into Robot and going to the “Support” menu tab.

During this period and for a small fee, customers with managed servers can reach the stand-by support team by writing a support ticket via konsoleH.
